These apply to Current Contracting and its brands, including Sarnia Deck Works and Contractasite.
Work is done under a written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, the price and the payment schedule. You can review and accept it from your phone, and you get a copy.
Deposits, progress payments and invoices can be paid online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by Interac e-Transfer, cash or cheque. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Every payment is confirmed with a receipt. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
A deposit may be required to schedule your work. The amount and what it covers are stated in your quote or agreement.
Refunds and cancellations follow the terms in your signed quote or agreement. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work it out with you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
We collect only the information we need to respond to you, quote, schedule, complete and bill your work, and we keep it secure in Canada where possible. We don't sell your personal information. If you agree to it on a request form, your details may be shared with a trusted partner contractor so they can quote your project.
